Gretchen was amazing! She worked so hard, all times of the day, every day of the week, to help us find the home of our dreams. She knew the market very well and was able to find us a home in the neighborhood we wanted before it was actually even listed! Once our offer was accepted she stayed on top of all the paperwork and the deadlines so there was no delays with the closing day! Lancaster Raad Real Estate offered excellent knowledge of the current real estate market where our townhouse was located. Our house was sold one week after our listing for a substantial price over the asking price. At the same time, a similar townhouse in our local neighborhood was sold at a significantly lower price than our townhouse. All contact with the buyer was professionally conveyed by Gretchen and the buyer's realtor. Gretchen also provided all of the many necessary forms for the sale of the townhouse. Gretchen's personality, knowledge, and availability throughout the selling of our home provided us with a pleasant experience. She is an agent that will represent you well from the very beginning to the final settlement date.

Gretchen Karr was always an effective communicator from start to finish as my Agent. She was sensitive and yet professional at all times. She helped me quickly to fill at ease and move forward with selling my home while still going through a difficult divorce.

Gretchen Karr impressed us immediately with her analysis of our home value and her plans to market our home. The online photos and description of our home were excellently done and attractively advertised. We nervously waited 2 months before bids came in. Once bids came in, the events of accepting an agreement for the price of our home and the official settlement for the sale of our home went very smoothly. Gretchen and her assistant Lisa Eckert were well prepared and organized for the formal meetings.
